1. Scope

These terms apply when you use PetID247 (petid247.com) — a pet profile service via QR-code tags and online card pages. It includes a free online card (you sign up with an email address) and laser-engraved tags (issued through veterinary clinics, pet shops and partners, or ordered directly from PetID247).

2. Role of PetID247

PetID247 is a technology platform that stores and displays pet profiles entered by you or by the partner issuing the tag. We do not add, edit or verify profile content ourselves.

3. Not a medical service

Health records, vaccination notes or allergy warnings on the tag are only information recorded by users themselves, to help a finder or a veterinary facility quickly understand the situation. This is not a medical record and does not replace a veterinarian's diagnosis and instructions.

4. Responsibility for content

You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of the information and images you put on the profile.
Only post contact information that you have the right to make public. Do not post other people's information without their consent.
Tag-issuing partners (clinics, shops, breeders) are responsible for obtaining their customers' consent before creating profiles on their behalf, and are the data controllers for their own customers.

5. Your control

You can edit the profile, turn off public visibility, or request deletion of the profile and account at any time. The QR code printed on the tag does not change when you edit the content behind it.

6. Content created by artificial intelligence

Some illustrations on the introduction page are created by artificial intelligence and carry an identifying mark as required. Information in the illustrations is pre-made examples, not real people and not real profiles.

7. Prohibited conduct

Using the tag or profile to impersonate others, defraud or harass.
Mass collection of pet owners' information with automated tools.
Scanning, attacking or overloading the system.

8. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the new version takes effect from publication. These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam.
