Email or call us — include your pet’s tag code if you have one.
Scan the QR code on the tag with your phone camera to open the pet’s profile. Laser-engraved tags have a button to call the owner directly.
Online card pages do not show owner details. In that case send us the link to the pet’s page (it contains the 7-character tag code) and where the pet is — we will notify the owner.
Account, tag activation, photos, health log, moving an online card to a laser tag: email us with your tag code and login email. Never send your password — we will never ask for it.
To issue PetID247 tags to your clients or use our clinic software: fill in the partner form and we will get back to you shortly.

Offensive photos or text, scams, someone else’s pet photos… No login needed; reporters are not identified.
